Peter loves his little dog Gentle. Even though having him as a master means being homeless and sometimes hungry, she'd follow him to the ends of the earth. Because dogs are like that. Still, he does everything in his power to take care of the tiny little thing.

Haha, Gentle looks like something you'd get in a Happy Meal here, but really Peter is just huge, while she's chihuahua-type-thing sized.

Oh!! I LOVE Peter so much!!! He's almost like my Character Manda--> [link] She's an unfinished project. I couldn't think up ways of how to finish her. Now I think you drawing Peter the way you did, is nearly PERFECT!! And if you don't mind me asking if I could borrow some of this inspiration? Just to finish her. This would be perfect!! There would be some MAJOR differences between them, like the fur on her front legs would go all the way down to her knuckles, and her back legs would be paws rather than human-like feet.

If you're particularly interested in the knuckle walking, I think ~korybing has a sphinx that walks on its hands too (not the one from Skin Deep, from another project).

OOooooh thanks!!! But yes they are CLEARLY different. like a very flooffy tail, and actual paws on her back feet, and tiny wings that she can't fly with, but used to. She doesn't walk on her knuckles, she has a double joint in her hand, like an extra joint where the thumb would have been if she had human hands, instead she has more of an apish looking hands. Plus she's female, and has different colors. And has dog ears instead of elf ears. Plus a few more differences that are very noticeable. I haven't posted the new pic yet but I have been drawing her as practice. so it'll be a while before I post anything of her.

And thanks so much for letting me use Peter as an anatomy reference. it'll really help a LOT with a LOT of things, like where to put her head and how she should walk on her hand at times, and even working on small wings. This means a lot to me!! And I'll DEFIANTLY check out korybing!!

have to laugh at your size comment, because (being somewhat blind myself) in the thumbnail it seemed possibly the smaller creature was a horse ....which would make peter REALLY huge

He looks so huge.. I don't know what creates this effect but just looking at him makes me thing that his arm is twice as long as I am tall..
But concidering that dog is a normal dog.. he ain't THAt tall, still kinda tall..
