Technically, all Agents should be equal, since the magic that they exist on is infinitely available to all of them, but since their emotions can diminish their connection to magic, a melancholy guy like Parker is basically always at the mercy of stronger (happier) Agents. They can feel each other's emotions, so a lot of Agents won't let him stay anywhere near them, and he's pissed off all the ones who would - except Hat. Well, he's pissed her off too, but she feels sorry for him.
He lives in the gentle waters of Hat's patience.

I love Hat. I love Parker. I love his hands and feet. I love their poses.

Hat's anatomy is great, and Parker's tail. Also I like reading about them.

Seeing these two in juxtaposition is neat! I feel bad for Parker there, but his pose is really cool (your poses are always so solid, your visual storytelling is pretty ace). I love Hat\'s solidity here, too.
